Exclusive for shipowners: Broadband@Sea roundtable session at Europort 2011

Date: 24 August

Have you ever experienced an interactive roundtable session with other shipowners about IT? This provides each participating shipowner valuable input to improve its IT-strategy for their own fleet. The Broadband@Sea roundtable session, exclusively held for shipowners, takes place on Friday November 11 during and at the Europort exhibition. The session is open to both domestic and international shipowners and therefore offers a more broad perspective on the performance and development of a good IT-strategy.

What about the content?
The ins and outs on maritime (satellite) communications between ship and shore will be discussed during the roundtable session. What purposes have other shipowners with these connections? How do others see the future of broadband at sea? What experiences do they have with suppliers of hardware, airtime and applications? Some questions that surely will be examined during the Broadband@Sea session.
