Innovations and new technologies effect the working method and lifestyle of both people on board as ashore. Besides this there is the trend of increasing globalisation. The global maritime industry cannot deny the enormous impact of these developments. However, we do not really change our way of working and thinking. For that reason a seminar on 'Changing the maritime mindset' will be organised on December 2.
During the seminar, several presentations cover the central theme. Focus will be on how we can benefit as maritime industry when we start to change our mindset.
